'Just Breathe' - lead track on the album - exploring mindfulness and reminding us to 'just breathe' when things get difficult.

I wrote this in the weeks before an operation while I read books about mindfulness. Basically this song helped me from wallowing in a state of fear and helplessness and kept me focussed on something other than what was going to happen in the hospital and what they might find. (they found nothing and the operation was a success if rather painful!)
